About Leon:
Leon developed a love of houses from an early age working on homes that his father built in Pasadena, Ca. Leon also kept busy doing woodworking in the family garage. He earned his BA degree at Humboldt State University studying woodworking, construction, architecture and art. He soon built his own passive solar home in Arcata, CA, then he obtained his California Contractors License and built homes in Humboldt County, specializing in passive solar design. In 1985 he moved to Santa Rosa and began buying homes and fixing them up for resale. During the late 1980’s, Leon renovated and sold over 20 homes. He discovered that he really enjoyed, and was good at, the selling process.

In 1991 he earned his real estate brokers license and began selling real estate at Prudential California Realty where he was “Rookie of the year” and a top producer every year after that. In 1998 he joined Creative Property Services where he began helping his clients with commercial and investment property as well residential sales.
In 2007 Leon was one of the first agents in Sonoma County to earn his EcoGreen Certification studying many aspects of Green Building. In 2008, Leon became a Certified Green Building Professional after completing the CGBP training in 2008. This rigorous training is aimed at builders and architects who desire to design and build sustainable projects.

While on a visit to see his son, Jake, in Hollywood during the 1990’s, Leon met the love of his life, Marjorie Mann. Marjorie is a successful actress and Leon traveled to LA and other locations including Europe to watch her perform. They were married in 1999 at Landmark Vineyards in Kenwood, Ca and now live in Bennett Valley.

In 2001, Marjorie decided to obtain her real estate license in order to help Leon manage the large volume of business he was generating. Leon’s clients loved Marjorie and she continues to be an important part of their real estate business when she is not on stage performing. Marjorie also adds her skill in home design to provide Home Staging services for all their clients. Marjorie obtained her designation as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) in 2005. 

Leon enjoys working in his woodworking shop at home, doing photography, and hiking in the hills of Sonoma County.

About Marjorie:
Marjorie grew up in Detroit, Michigan where she began acting, singing and dancing at age 5. Her mother was a performer and Marjorie followed in her footsteps. Marjorie also learned about success from her father who was a wide receiver for the Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers in the early 1950's.

Marjorie graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in dance and even had dance classes with fellow dance major, Madonna!  After graduation, she moved to New York City where she performed in dance companies, and began touring Europe in musical theater and dance. She later moved to Hollywood where she began performing in both television and film. She also traveled throughout the country with national musical theater tours doing such shows as “The King and I” with Rudolf Nureyev and “The Wizard of Oz”. She can still be seen in some episodes of General Hospital. Marjorie performed in the rock musical “Starlight Express” in Germany where she sang in German while on Roller Skates!

Marjorie also does commercial print and TV work and has appeared in ads for Clo du Bois wine, the Nature Company, Union and Wells Fargo Bank, and many others. Marjorie is also an accomplished belly dancer and jewelry maker.
Marjorie enjoys writing and is currently writing a one-woman show. She has been a Big Sister with the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Sonoma County for the past 10 years and was Big Sister of the year in 2000.  She loves to travel and speaks some Spanish, Italian and German.
